These Terms of Use govern your use of Proof Loop. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Proof Loop is a productivity and accountability app that helps you create missions, submit proof, track progress, build streaks, and complete recovery actions. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Proof Loop, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, manipulate verification systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
4. Your content and proof
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Proof Loop the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms, and available plans are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
6. AI and automated verification
Some proof may be reviewed using automated systems. Automated results may be incomplete or incorrect, and Proof Loop does not guarantee that every submission will be assessed perfectly.
7. Health and safety
Physical and mindfulness recovery actions are general productivity features, not medical or fitness advice. Choose actions appropriate for your condition and surroundings. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
8. Privacy and providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Proof Loop relies on providers including Supabase, PostHog, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Gemini to operate parts of the service.
9. Service availability
We work to keep Proof Loop reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Proof Loop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific personal, productivity, health, or financial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using Proof Loop at any time and can request account deletion through Profile → System Settings. We may restrict access when these terms are materially violated.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
